The Graduate Certificate in Applied Management (Health) is designed for public health managers, administrators, clinicians and medical practitioners with a need to acquire essential management skills while expanding and upgrading their clinical and specialist competencies.

Graduates will develop a strong portfolio of skills that can be applied to day to day operations of community health facilities. These will be both health based and management based. There is a wide selection of management courses available, allowing students to tailor the program to their personal needs.

The Graduate Certificate in Applied Management (Health) program is a 40 unit program. Students are required to complete: EPID6420 Epidemiology A - Basic Methods; a choice of either PUBH6260 Clinical Economics or PUBH6150 Inroduction to Quality and Safety in Health Care; and two course (20 units) from the Management options.
