      Before 2008 in Australia, registration as an architect was based on a Bachelor of Architecture, which at many universities was undertaken as a 3+2 double bachelor program. After 2008, registration as an architect in Australia required a Master of Architecture. The Master of Architecture has only been available in Australian from 2008. This Master program of study provides Bachelor of Architecture graduates with a pathway to the Master level qualification by completing a maximum of 80 units of study.
